Beginning in January 2018, the Diana Gurtskaya Center for Sociocultural Rehabilitation began operating under the Department of Labor and Social Protection of Moscow with the goal of improving the sociocultural rehabilitation of people with disabilities in the city.
The center offers comprehensive rehabilitation for children and adolescents with disabilities starting at age 5, and every year it arranges and hosts community celebrations, festivals, and social gatherings with the purpose of rehabilitating children and adolescents with disabilities via the culture and the arts.
